Mrs. Soko is a Partner in the Firm having joined it in 2007 as an intern pursuing her Law practice exams at the Law practice institute – ZIALE. As an intern at the Firm, she thrived under the mentorship of Mr. Malambo, SC and Mr. Zulu. A graduate from the University of Zambia, Mrs. Soko was admitted to practice law in Zambia in July 2009. Mrs. Soko is an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia with right of audience in all other superior courts in Zambia.
Mrs. Soko is also an Associate Member of the Zambia Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.As a practicing lawyer, Mrs. Soko has worked tirelessly in the general practice of law and has, through hard work and diligence, gained significant experience in the areas of company and commercial law transactions, labour and domestic relations matters, conveyance and property transactions, tortuous liability litigation as well as personal injury claims.
Mrs. Soko has further sat on, and is currently member of select Audit committees set up by various Government of the Republic of Zambia Ministries, in her capacity as legal practitioner and a member of the Law Association of Zambia with the mandate to provide legal checks and advice on the management and general affairs of these Ministries.
